Hey, just discovered and purchased Mirage - it’s great.
First question: how do i refresh the ui? At present any changes I make in the web interface aren’t being reflected in Mirage. I even tried closing and reopening the app but it’s still showing stale data.

Mirage will not automatically refresh the page unless there is some user interaction requiring it to do so.
To manually refresh, change the sort order.
On whatever screen you’re on, tap on the directional arrow for the sort (the up or down arrow after the sort menu). That will force Mirage to re-query the server for data and display it. You can then tap on the same icon to restore the original sort.

Thanks Michael. How about the For You tab? How do i refresh that?
At the moment there is not a built-in way to refresh For You without force quitting the app and restarting. 
Actually quit and restart doesn’t fix it either.

Which content on the For You Tab isn’t refreshing?
The swim lanes on that screen are “Continue Watching”, “Newest Scenes”, and “Newest Performers”. If you have the option enabled to show your Stash Saved Filters then you’ll see those instead.
Also, check in Settings > Diagnostics > Error Log to see if Mirage encountered any errors while trying to load.

It’s the Continue Watching lane. When I first set up the app and realised I had a number of scenes with a play duration set incorrectly I reset them in the web interface. They’re still showing in the Continue Watch lane however, even after a quit and restart.
Nothing in the Error or Crash Log. I even turned on Verbose Logging but still nothing.

The Continue Watching swim lane uses Stash’s “Last Played At” field.
From what I can tell, this equates to the latest date in the play history.
I did a test on my server, deleted the play history and the scene no longer appeared in Continue Watching. Are you seeing a different behavior?

Correct.
Continue Watching are scenes that you recently watched. 
The play count in Mirage is updated when you watch what is defined as the minimum watch period. Stash defines this in Settings, “Minimum play percent”. Once that period is reached Mirage (or Stash) will add a play count and a play history event. That is what Continue Watching uses.
